Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We provide our own cleaning supplies but use our clients trash bags, paper towels, and vacuum. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, along with directions for proper use.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. If you would like proof of insurance feel free to contact us as we are happy to provide details. This is also a requirement for certain advertising programs we participate in along with background checks so we are alway up-to-date.
Is there anything I need to do before the cleaners arrive?
Most clients will pick up loose items around the house such as toys or other belongings to make the cleaning process smoother for us and more timely so we can focus more on the areas that really need the cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key, we’ll take care of everything and follow any special instructions you have for us.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we love animals as much as you do! We are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. We are also happy to use special products at your discretion.
Will the same people clean each time?
Yes, unless there are scheduling difficulties or a sick-leave for a cleaner, we keep to the same schedule with the same cleaners for each clean or whichever cleaners you prefer to the best of our ability.
Is laundry included in the maid service?
Our cleaners do light-organizing while cleaning (fixing up towels, sheets, and pillows) but laundry services are not included. For laundry service, ask about our regularly scheduled housekeeping service.
Do you cleaning in teams or individuals?
For our maid service and house cleaning we typically work in a pair of two cleaners. For other services we may have more cleaners depending on the needs of the client.
What is your cancellation policy?
We never have any contracts when we clean your home. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. We are happy to work with our clients in rescheduling; however, if there is a pattern of cancellations without adequate notice or a client not properly arranging for us to be able to clean due to circumstances such as being locked out, we will charge a cancellation fee or have to discontinue service.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, we do not accept credit cards. We accept cash, check, Venmo & Apple Pay.
